The amount of energy in the universe is constant.
It neither decreases nor increases with time. Matter is what energy creates. Then the amount of matter in the universe must also be constant. Let us assume that the Scientific atom is the smallest unit of matter formed by the energy in the universe.
Then the universe itself is made of atoms.
What is the lifetime of an atom?
It is left to you to answer and it is a fact that you accept without argument that the atom is present in all objects in the universe, living and non-living. Science is the collection of atoms in such a way becomes objects.
Good! Dammika is then a collection of atoms. When I die, the atoms that made up my body will one day mix with the earth. As long as the dammika atoms remain in me, that atomic collection is mentioned as Dammika, after my death they become earth atoms because they are mixed with the earth. Atoms that had a previous identity as dammika have now become earth or earth atoms. Those atoms in the earth are not called Dammika now. Now all of them have come to the identity of Earth Atoms. See ! The identity of Dammika (Atomic collection) has lost upon my death & identity became Earth (Atoms in earth) now.
Let’s take one atom in me.
Let’s say that the atom of the earth, which was previously in Dammika, came into a grass one day. Now it does not bear the name Dammika or Earth. Now it’s a grass atom. That is, earth identity has lost now & identity has changed as grass. Suppose a cow ate that grass. The atom which was originally Dammika, secondly earth, thirdly grass, is now in a cow & called a cow atom. The grass identity has lost now & identity has changed in to cow. In this way, the process continues on a never-ending journey. When the cow is killed and eaten, now it returns to the identity of a human element or atom once again.
Look well! A collection of same shaped atoms that had a particular shape breaks to form a new atomic collection with a new shape. We humans give a new name to that new appearance.
This is the universal atomic circulation theory.
An ATOM is because of Energy by based on a theory that the Matter is because of Energy.
Energy <-> Matter.
See ! Dammika, earth, grass, cow means nothing else but Energy’s productions. Finally the Energy’s presence is named as Dammika , Earth , grass & cow.
Conclusion – What is born is due to Energy. Energy (Its frequencies) changes with time. Change becomes a new shaped product. That new product is given a new name by Man. THIS IS THE ENERGY CIRCULATION THEORY. Science has stopped there. Science is up to now blind about the Energy-zero point.

What is born is due to samskara. Sanskaara changes with time (VIKARA). After that same samskara gives birth to a new shape\appearance (LAKKANA). Man gives that new shape a new name (PRAJNAPTHI). This is how the Sanskara circulation happens. THIS IS THE “SANSKAARA” CIRCULATION THEORY.
That is, Sanskara -> Vikara -> Lakkhana -> Prajnapti.
There is a place where there is NO samskara or zero Sanskara. It is called “Nibbana”.
This is Abhidharma clarification.
