Spread the News

Following is my response to a friend living in the USA who has sent a small video clip on a short dialog between him and a few female university students from South India on his way to a village in that locality.
These girls were enthusiastically asking Sadguru about the BJP and democracy.

Sarcastically he uttered that he does agree with (2/3) Bharath Janatha but not with the Party.

His response was extremely simple but it had a great meaning to Sri Lankan voters too.

He went further to redefine democracy in the context of present politics in India.
I do share his opinion with great enthusiasm enabling me to understand our disgusting politics in SL deeply.

Sadguru sees things in a different way as his thoughts are guided through his own philosophy.

He is popular due to his simplicity even though he is highly respected by millions of people all over the World.

He is very straight and sharp with his notions not like the Dalai Lama who seems to be an Artist of survival. For me, it’s a kind of opportunism. Christians do love him rather than respect him. Sadguru has both the qualities namely the popularity and the recognition as a Scholar and a philosopher.

It is true and interesting what he said about political parties and democracy.

Those who struggle in SL to change the system should go for new definitions to diagnose the ailment of the prevailing socio-economic and political system if they are serious with their plans to change the existing system or systems.
If their ulterior motive is just the political power, change will end up with further political calamities.
