The founder of Bolshevik party; Vladimir Ilyich Lenin lived in Switzerland before the establishment of Bolshevik party in Russia.
The first and foremost task of V.I. Lenin was, the setup of a dangerous spy network Cheka to prevent opposition and uprising against Leninism. Special spy agency performed mass arrests, imprisonments, torture, and extra judicial killings (executions without trial) which it was designed and entrusted with.
